ANOTHER SCOOP by our CYBER SNOOP

Another Scoop by our Cyber Snoop

Yesterday while taking a nap in his human's lap, Trapper, our loveable cyber snoop, got an advanced peek at the cover for the soon to be released 4th book in the "Jasper, Street-Fighter, and Me" series. (M IS FOR MALICE) While appearing to be asleep, Trapper used his "Cat Cam" to snap not on an image of the cover, but made a second score, by also capturing the new banner for the series.

Trapper, whose human is Author Richard Nurse let us know that he is working on finding out the exact release date for the exciting new book in the series.  All that he could tell us at this time is "Sometime in February."

Coming Soon - A New Detective Series - Jasper, Street fighter & Me

Coming Soon

Episode 1 of the Fun New Series

Jasper, Street Fighter & Me

"Candie Is Not Always Sweet"

Series & Episode Bio:

JASPER, STREET FIGHTER & ME - DETECTIVE SERIES

EPISODE 1

"Candie Is Not Always Sweet"

The series is about a retired Marine Major, (Maggie McKenzie) whom was an MP, Dog Handler and a veteran of two tours in Afghanistan.  She opted for an early retirement, when her father was diagnosed with ALS.  She and Jasper, her border collie, who retired from the Marines along with her, decided to put their skills to use as private detectives after her father passed away.  One evening, while enjoying a dinner on the patio, they were visited by a street wise old tomcat, who won over not jut Maggie, but Jasper as well.  It was apparent right from the beginning that there was something special with this tomcat, who looked more like a small lion than an American Short Hair, which is what he would be classified as.

Suddenly the Detective Agency had a new member of the team, along with a new name.  Their very first Episode is full of twists and turns, while at the same time we learn about some of Maggie's past, including events that took place during in her last tour in Afghanistan.  Together with his new pal Jasper, Street Fighter earns his strips early on, as he and Jasper team up to protect Maggie from a would be killer, but the drama and the actions for the unlikely pair are just beginning…for Street Fighter is a quick learner, and Jasper a good teacher, as they both work to either protect or take the point, which ever helps Maggie the most.

Coming Soon - New Short Story Detective Series

Coming Soon

A New Short Story Detective Series

From Richard Nurse

What do you do when a totally unexpected guest suddenly joins your team? Well if you are Maggie McKenzie, Major, USMC retired, a former Marine MP and dog handler, you realize that it just might be time to change your business cards. Especially when Jasper, your highly trained Border Collie, who retired along with you, amazingly accepts this unexpected guest, and even shares his food.

Maggie's new business cards become the title of this new action packed series where each new story will be a separated case taken on by: "Jasper, Street Fighter & Me"

Oh, and who is Street Fighter you say, you will have to wait until the next blog to see, unless you know me personally.

Nursesnook&Books - September 1st Blog

Date: September 1, 2015

News:

Our Recent trip to Philadelphia, which included a day spent with the Impressionists, as we visited both the Barnes Foundation and Impressionists Show, at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. The combination of beautiful weather, beautiful art, and being able to share it with the beautiful woman who has been my wife for 47 years, inspired me to write a new poem titled "Impressions, Inspired by the Impressionist".

It can be found on my other blog, RDN's Blog

To read more about Philadelphia, and one extremely busy summer, check out my web-page, which was just updated yesterday. http://antiquepoet.com/

Coming Soon:

"Out of the Chaos"  - At the present time, I am projecting a mid-September release for this exciting romantic police drama. A story that begins with a general alert call that activates every police, fire and EMS unit in Smithville.  For Senior Detectives Charlotte (Charlie) Nelson, and Charles (Chuck) D'Angelo, the closest detectives to the chaos that takes over the center of the city.  The excitement for Charlie begins even before they reach the scene, and doesn't end until the end of the book.

As promised yesterday I am releasing the Table of Contents page through this blog.  Plus as an added bonus, look for the title poem a bit later in the day on Google Plus.

Richard.
